federal. in penn state case, even if jerry sandusky is guilty of sexually abusing his children, clearly it is a huge criminal case, there is no evidence at the moment that there were any n.c.a.a. rule violations. how do you figure that out so that if a crime is being committed, there is a way to enforce a law as opposed to enforcing n.c.a.a. regulations? they play with important schools. it makes them a lot of money. they just slap them on the rest. >> you right "i really do not like the n.c.a.a. and what it stands for. it is fair to say indiana is not my biggest fan." >> the n.c.a.a. has administered the rules of college athletics. they also put on every championship in college athletics other than football. the championship series that determines the national champion in college football is administrated by the conferences. that is separate even though the schools involved are all n.c.a.a. schools. everything else is organized and paid for by the n.c.a.a. all the money for that comes from television that is paid to the n.c.a.a. by cbs and turner for the right to televise the men's bas

stop accused child molester jerry sandusky? as students celebrated graduation from penn state over the weekend, key players in the school's sex abuse scandal gear up to go to trial. on friday, penn state assistant coach and star witness mike mcqueary took the stand and graphically described seeing a naked jerry sandusky engaged in what he called extreme sexual activity with a young boy. it was march 2002 when mcqueary, then a graduate assistant, went to the penn state locker room near the shower area. i want to pick up on something you said earl jerry sandusky. you -- you said earlier. why doesn't the president approve the keystone pipeline. at a time when the big issue for all americans is jobs, creating jobs and there is an argument as to how many but obviously going to create thousands. why is he resisting this so much? >> well, the environmentalist community is an important constituency within the democratic party and he has disappointed them on other issues, cap and trade, for example, never happened. didn't allow the epa to do forward with some ozone rules and they are kind of disgruntled right now. my guess is that the pipeline will go forward but they are attempting to put it back until after the election. i think saying look, i respect my friends in the environmental community but right now, jobs are number one and this is the responsible thing to do. >> chris: couldn't he use cover and say i'm sorry but this was the price to tay to get a middle tax tax cut? >> he could and may very well still. >> chris: maybe we should have our own conference committee. thank you, pan
